Is This Weight Loss Supplement So Many People Are Talking About Actually Any Good? What Proof is There?
According to a large number of websites promoting green coffee bean extract there is apparently no other method of weight loss that has shown as much promise in early study results as this particular bean diet. It’s an easy to implement and powerful choice to slim down and get healthy.
I’m not one to take a websites view on things, I want evidence and facts and so I took time out to do some research and this what I found concerning this slimming coffee bean supplement.

The question that always comes to my mind is, “are those testimonials real?” With so many fad diets and weight loss pills on the market, is this one any different? OK famous TV Doctors are talking about it, that maybe a good thing but where is the actual evidence, what tests have been done to prove the actual effects of this supplement?

After crawling the internet I did find this report from the local CBS network in Pittsburgh. The report starts out talking about another weight loss supplement called NatureWise Garcinia Cambogia Extract and the results one lady had from taking it. If you scroll down 3/4′s of the way into the article you will find discussion about Green Coffee Bean Extract.
I waded through countless press releases (after all anyone can do their own press release – it means nothing) thinking that there was nothing concrete, no strong evidence to whether this weight loss supplement is in fact any good or works, when I came across an article relating to a proper scientific study carried out by Dr Joe Vinson PhD, professor of chemistry at the University of Scranton. In the study 16 overweight young adults took, by turns, a low dose of green coffee bean extract, a high dose of the supplement, and a placebo. Though the study was small and controlled, the results were evident: Those taking the supplement lost an average of 17.5 pounds in 22 weeks and reduced their overall body weight by 10.5 percent.
Further more, over 35 percent of those taking the extract lost more than 5 percent of their body weight, and weight loss appeared to be greater while subjects were taking the pills than when they were on the placebo.
Finally Proper Results
Why aren’t website promoting the bean talking about these tests? Unfortunately I can’t answer that but what I do know is that as far as I’m concerned full disclosure on the results obtained from this slimming coffee bean, has been shown and that is good enough for me.
What About Dr Oz? Isn’t He Backing This Supplement?
It is worth noting that Dr. Oz has become known for featuring holistic and natural supplements on his show. Although he is willing to go beyond talking about traditional medicine (see video at the top of the page), the downside is that supplement companies have been abusing his name and putting it on their own products. For that reason, he emphasizes regularly that whatever supplements you buy, he does not endorse specific brands.
It is therefore very important to state that I am not stating he backs Green Coffee Bean Extract as THE weight loss supplement, rather he has mentioned it, done tests and given his verdict. You as an individual should always do your own studies just as I have and come to your own conclusions. all I want to do is give you information to help you decide if slimming coffee beans are for you?
